Delivery Questions

What delivery options do you have?
Three delivery options

  1. Express Next Day Delivery – Delivery will occur between 9am – 5pm the next business day when you place your order before 12pm (West Australian Standard Time)
    $10.00 Flat Fee
  1. Standard Delivery – 4-7 business days, including Perth Western Australia metro and most other Australian States and Regions = 7-10 days
  1. International Delivery – Please email us info@zaaminstyle.com for a freight quote

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, we need a signature to successfully complete delivery of your goods. However, you can select a safe spot to leave your parcel at your own risk.
If no one’s home or there’s limited access to the address, a card will be left letting you know where and when you can collect your order.
Are any items excluded from the returns policy?
There are some items that are excluded. If you change your mind about the following, we won’t be able to issue you a refund:

  • Custom made, monogrammed, personalised, and altered products
  • Pierced jewellery

What proof of purchase do I need to present for an online return or in person?
To complete a return or exchange in person, you need to make an appointment, you’ll need a copy of your tax invoice. You can bring either a hard or digital copy on your phone. Your tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order’s been shipped or is ready for collection.

Returns or Exchanges

What can I return or exchange and when?
Please note due to a long process of creation and product variation we do not offer money refunds. We are more than happy to send a replacement/exchange if a given bag doesn’t fulfil your expectations for some particular reason. In that case items must to be returned within 14 working days in a brand new condition, with original tag/s attached and in its sealed packaging along with a copy of the tax invoice.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.

Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions. Goods that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the customer at customer’s cost.

How do I exchange an item?
Easy in person exchange – Whether you bought it online or in person, you can bring your item back directly to ZaaminTM Style to exchange it.

It’s easy to do a straight exchange if you’re just swapping your item for one of a different size or colour. However, if it’s a different brand and/or value, we’ll need to issue you a refund so you can re-purchase it.

Online exchange – You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you’ll also be charged the extra.

Faux Leather bags (no interior light):
Soak a cloth or sponge in warm water and wipe down your surface.

Use a bar of soap on tougher grime.

Wipe away any soap with a wet cloth.

Let the surface dry.

Genuine Leather bags:
Handle your leather bag with clean hands at all times

Apply a cleaner (soft soap) specially made for leather only.
(or Baby Wipes are great too).
Use a circular motion and wipe off with a slightly damp cloth so
as not to clog the pores of the leather. Applying this soap one or
two times a year should keep your leather handbag clean.
DO NOT use leather moisturisers on patent leather.
Remove stains as soon as you notice them on your leather bag/s.
Stuff you bag with bubble wrap to restore and hold its shape when not in use.
Store your leather bag in a natural fabric pillowcase. If storing for a long length of time, ease open the buckles and straps so impressions are released. This helps to avoid rubbing or permanent creases in unwanted area.
Clean suede bags with a suede brush. Sometimes a clean pink eraser can remove small spots from leather totes too.

Our products made with polyurethane (PU) are easy to maintain and will last just as long as genuine leather if you take special care. Fortunately PU is more resistant to scuffing/marking and has less chance of stretching/fading over time

Please consider the following steps when caring for your ZaaminTM Style product:

Waterproof before use with a good-quality protector

Wipe down the material with a damp cloth when required

Leather cleaners and conditioners are recommended for maintenance

If using alcohol based products, be sure to test a small spot of the material before applying to entire product.

Store in a cool, dry place where air can circulate and your product is away from direct sunlight

Air your PU product every couple of weeks to limit the chance of mold

If your products get wet, remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel and allow it to dry naturally.

Cloth or Silk
Gentle surface spot cleaning of bags with a mild detergent and cold water.

Do not use harsh cleaners or scourers

Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and deodorants

Bags with lights
Use baby wipes for the exterior leather and cotton interior. A gentle wipe is all that’s needed.
When not in use for extended time, we suggest you stuff the bag with bubble wrap or similar to prevent creases. Turn the battery box off to conserve the power.
Shimmer bags/glowmesh
We suggest to maintain the original brilliance of your glowmesh bag, periodically buff it with a soft dry cloth. Store your bag at room temperature in a up-right position within it’s original pouch if provided. Fill with tissue paper to retain its shape.
